Helpdesk Availability Over Holiday Period

Our offices will be closed from 12.00 PM on Friday 22nd December 2023 until 8.30 AM on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 for Northern Ireland & England based customers and 8.30 AM Wednesday 3rd January 2024 for our Scottish based customers.

Customers with 24/7 support coverage will remain unaffected over the holiday period. However, we will also be providing remote support cover for emergencies to our other support contract customers via the following schedule:

During the holiday period, support queries can be logged via email to helpdesk@endeavour-is.com or by calling the out of hours number on 028 9592 1022. Unfortunately, only our SLA contract customers (not ad-hoc support customers) will be responded to as per the schedule shown above and only for critical system outage incidents.

Any other requests received during this time will be dealt with on our return on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
