Ciaran, the manager of our Business Applications: Customer Engagement team, has over five years' experience working with our non profit clients and implementing bespoke Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to suit their needs.

During the presentation, Ciaran will be showcasing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 non profit accelerators which can be used to jumpstart your Microsoft Dynamics 365 journey. These accelerators were developed in conjunction with non profits, industry experts, and other contributors to provide solutions that streamline areas such as fundraising, project management, donor management and constituent management.

Ciaran will conclude his part of the event with a review of the grants and licensing costs reductions provided by Microsoft Technology for Social Impact to help non profits take full advantage of services provided by Microsoft.

Lastly the presentation will focus on the customizations and integrations available within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse to demonstrate how a solution can be customized to suit your organization’s changing needs and how multiple Microsoft Office 365 apps can be easily integrated into the overall solutions, such as Outlook and Power BI; demos of Power BI will be included in this final part of the event by Orla, assistant manager of our Data & AI team.
